Thanks Jim & John for a well run final event this year ! The course was very
enjoyable and reminded me to look ahead, something I started to do after my
first run :)
Perhaps some of you noticed we went to a one page worker sheet at todays
event. If any comments/suggestions please let me know. Everyone seems to
prefer a one page layout. Big thanks to James Creasy for the basic design of
the form. I changed it just slightly to fit in a few items. One part
omitted on the new form was the car classes in each run group. Some have
commented it would be nice to have. I tried to post the run/work groups on
the table and tent poles. Do you feel it necessary to have it on the worker
form too? Does it help the event chair or worker sign-off person to know
what classes are running in the current group?
Bryan/Sherry et. al : I probably will be working late this tues so likely
will miss the SC meeting. Only issue I have is remaining T-Shirts for sale.
About 3/4 case left, mostly large and extra-large. Just keep for sale next
year ? Raffle prize ?
