Glenn,
SCCA reshuffled the classes, more or less down one, to separate the
Corvette Z06 from 'normal' Corvettes. If you ran in the old SS, you'd
understand why. It's basically a renaming of the old classes with a few
other changes/combinations. The new rule books should be out pretty soon.
You can order them from www.scca.org and go the link to do so.
SFR uses the national classes, with a few local additions, such as OSP.
