An interesting thought. We have 8 two-sided sheets now for worker sign-up.
Early this season I split those 8 sheets from being in one binder to four
binders. Think there was confusion ? (the idea being to allow more access
concurrently).
I feel resistance already.
Another concern would be too many "positions" and not enough people at a
smaller event to fill all the slots. Then the event chair has a slight
dilemma. Oh well, the concept is good.
