This doesn't look so good. Fox (who owns Speedvision) wants to create
a NASCAR channel, with mostly NASCAR and NASCAR related programming
(which for some weird reason seems to include Golf). They're planning
to do it by renaming Speedvision.

I wrote my response to this to info@speedvision.com. I don't know if
that's the best address to use. Maybe programming@speedvision.com, or
someone at Fox.
If this happens, then I'll no longer be annoyed that AT&T in Sunnyvale
doesn't offer Speedvision. I'll just be annoyed that Speedvision
doesn't even exist.
Who wants to start a motorsports-oriented network with diverse
programming? We could do a WWF-style miniseries on SFR Solo2 Street
Mod, complete with pre-event trash talk. Plus the purple car should
give us a boost in ratings. It sure worked for "Night Man"...Navid,
how would you feel about wearing blue plastic body armor?
