To all,
With the Divisional weekend just about on us, here's a reminder about the
heat and liquid intake.
Last Saturday at Mather, it felt warm but, with a slight breeze most of the
day, the heat didn't seem too oppressive.
To my surprise, as I was driving away at 5:30 the car thermometer read 103.
No wonder I'd taken in so much liquid, all I brought plus some more from
Jeannie. Even if we don't see such high temps, two days in the Sun can cause
a little bit of "wilt".
So bring a bunch of liquid AND start drinking, your water that is, early and
continuously :-)
