Rich,
        You are fortunate that your mail does not go through the Post Office's
Oakland Distribution Center...we really have yet to see the May issue.
And it is true the April issue just arrived yesterday. It's really not
The Wheel's fault, but the postal system, I suspect. I guess it's time
to file a form of complaint. It's form 4314-C, if anyone wants to know
what to ask for. :) A key to a good response to the complaint is knowing
when the May issue is mailed. Anybody know? BTW, the Oakland
Distribution Center handles all of the stuff to the East Bay. :(
