 So that's why Dennis A. spins so frequently (he has Katie's old hitch)!  I
 haven't noticed these effects on my car with a trailer hitch, but I have a
 different type of hitch on mine.

 No It is not the hitch, It's the loose nut behind the steering wheel. The 
Hitch that Katie had now belongs to Craig Boyle, It was very heavy,
I think is was custom made for the Miata R. I think Craig decided not
to use it because of the weight.
