tire mounting recommendations

So I'd go to Big-O based on good past experiences, but there don't seem to any 
near San Carlos. They all seem to be in the east bay.

Can anyone recommend a place that will do the job without scratching my rims 
and will hand torque the wheel lug nuts -- preferably somewhere between San 
Mateo and Mountain View?
