According to SEMA, its 95db 20 inches from the exhaust pipe with the
engine in neutral, between 3000 and 5000rpm.

The problem also appears to be that there are no legally licensed places
to make this determination (you can't just do it in your backyard, because
the sound will echo off surfaces, etc etc - but if you were way lower,
you're probably ok)
