I'm not really sure how you would prevent this. What if I wanted to run in
the morning, and just put "HS" on my card (and neatly lettered on the side
not the hatch of my Corvette, of course)? I still run in the HS morning
group, and now someone in the class has to go through a whole protest
process to disqualify my times.
