you dont get any credit in the PAX between dot r-tires and street tires.
actually dot r-tires ARE street tires, technically. the MOD (and prepared)
classes that run slicks do have some sort of accommodation for the
difference in those tires.
the only one i never understood was the ST classes... one for street tires
and one for r-tires?
