I rotated mine, and it helped somewhat for wear. I am pretty hard on my
tires, although my 2100-lb Miata is probably a lot easier on tires than your
Chebby ;)
And with my Hoosiers, I rotated them after EVERY event. Mostly, though,
that just helped with evening out the wear; the tires are now hard as rocks.
