I paced that corner before the event (Ben caught me in the act) and it was
more than 15 feet wide (by my pacing, 17') on the side leading to the corner
and 20+ ft. wide on the side leading out of the corner. I think it also
probably conformed to our Supps requirement that it have at least a 40'
outside radius. I say "probably" because I'm not clear on how to determine
that a corner conforms to BOTH a minimum 15' width (national rule book) and
a minimum 40' outside radius. That before-the-start corner was tighter than
we usually run but we did get our big "tank" through it without hitting any
cones.
