At AAS events, Barbara Ogg puts the registration cards into sets of 25,
then puts small post-its  on them with numbers 1-??. It's a way to keep
track of how many entrants we get. That way when registration starts the
pack with #9 on it we'll know that we're at 200 entrants(SFR, not at
AAS).
