Step 1. Sign up with Fred Van Wagenen to (co)chair an event
or ask the chair(s) of an upcoming event if you can design
the course. Fred's e-mail address is Fvw94svt@aol.com
Step 2. Mark out your course with cones at the site between 7
and 8 am.
Step 2.5. (Optional) One or more of various safety stewards/
wannabes show up and ask you to modify your course.
Step 3. Wait for 250 or so of us to show up and run on it.
