New Run groups (was: STS Class Supported in SFR)

Since Round 4 comes up on Sunday, we can't change the groups by then, but watch 
for new Run Groups as of Round 5.  There is enough time to publicize it for 
that event.  We may want to put a notice at registration at Round 4...
