STS Class in SFR

After reading the FasTrack description of the status of STS, it's clearly
not a National
class this year.  Maybe next year.  It will be run strictly as a
supplemental
class in National events.

So there's not a requirement for SFR to run it   Again, if there's
sufficient interest,
the people I know on the Steering Committee would probably vote in a
separate class.

IMHO.
