Ford Focus and E46 BMW rim sizes anyone?

Anyone know:

  a) The rim size (bolt pattern, hub, offset) for the
14x5.5 or 15x5.5 Ford Focus rims. Basically I want to
know if a 14x5.5 Miata rim will fit a Focus. 

  b) Ditto for an E46/E36 BMW. Here I want to know if
E36 rims will fit an E46.

An ice cold coke on a hot day in Mather is the prize
for the first one to answer the two above quetions
correctly.
