Actually math *is* fun - I used the same percentage base going both up and
down - bad karma. 1.0 on "streets" is a 16.7% reduction, not 20%. 16.7%
of 70 is 11.5, of 45 is 7.5 - still what I'd consider a significant
reduction in the context.
