Devens, where NER runs most of it's events, has a site imposed limit
of 60(65??) MPH. Not for stock, or SP cars, but absolute and we have
several top A-Mod cars locally. Only at BMWCCA events where my DSP
ride is one of the fastest cars out there do I ever see the upper end
of 2nd gear.
