For around these here parts, there is usually a one or two acre
minimum zoning. So It is sort of non-conforming, but there is
enough to put a house in it. Unfortunately, my buyer went by with
a septic guy (it IS suburbia), and he felt there would be too
much involved to tear down the old house, build a new one,
relocate the septic, and other stuff, due to a rock outcropping.
We saw it but weren't sure how much of a problem it would be.
