The lot is .7 of an acre. The dimensions are including set backs from the
property lines. Then there is percent of coverage. So if the lot is 30,492
10% building coverage is okay. 3,049 for the footprint. Site is 15%, which
includes paved driveways, and 50% sq. ft. of patios/terraces.
