John,

Here in Snake River region (Idaho), we have used Mountain Home AFB,
in Mt. Home, Idaho. Unfortunately, we have been unable to get on since
the 9/11 incident due to the increased security levels. Levels are
approaching
more normal levels now so we are looking into getting back on the base
in the near future. Also, instead of paying for site use, since it may be
hard to figure out who to pay, we usually make arrangements to make
a donation to one of the base's charitable organizations.
