Subject: Help ASAP....
> hey guys, Im in a little dilema, I have an 87 RX7 that Im about to do my
first race in a few hours. As always, things never get done as planned. Im
trying to hook up my kill switch, I cant figure it out for the life of me. I
got a two pole switch. I had the switch hooked up between the positive side
of the battery, but it was still running when I killed the switch. Any
suggestions?
I bet your car has an alternator. You need a three-connector kill switch, I
think. You can damage an alternator-equipped car with a two-connector kill
switch. I have no idea how to wire them. I assume they come with
instructions.
What kind of race? For autocrossing, you don't need a kill switch.
