So if I'm in CM and it's raining, I could jump in a prepped Scoobi and go
out and beat up on the class? Locally maybe, but I think not at a National
event. I think that's a possibility. Otherwise, I agree with your
philosophy and the fact the local regions can and do deviate from these
guidelines often.
