For those that don't know I wore out a differential carrier bearing on the
way to Peru. Thursday afternoon, and 30 minutes before they closed, I got
the car to the Toyota dealer in Kokomo, and pretty much confirmed what the
drivetrain was telling me. This thing ain't competing this weekend, let
alone getting back to Atlanta...

First, and biggest thanks goes to Debbie Eley who without her truck, I would
have been forced to get the UHaul box on wheels to pull the Uhaul tow dolly
with my Celica on it back to Decatur, AL. Why Decatur, AL when I live in
Atlanta you ask...

Second, I would like to thank Steve Hoelsher for (hopefully) getting the
tranny fixed, and all of his help yesterday with the transfer of load/rental
car assistance. Steve owns a AAMCO in Decatur AL, and if he can't get that
Quaiff in there without a protest committee finding out, I don't know who
can... ;)

Third, I would like to thank Joel Fehrman for the STX ride... All I can say
is WOW! For the rest of the Subbie alumnus, I did my best to catch that
Type R.. (Good job Todd ;)

Fourth, I really need to thank Mark Sipe for taxing myself and my mom around
northern Indiana for the weekend. I don't want to blow your cover, but you
truly are a kind and generous soul, and am honored to call you friend.

Fifth, I would like to thank Donna and Charles Frank for hooking my mother
up for a codrive. Hopefully the warm Hoosiers gave you the edge to take the
victory.

Sixth, I need to thank Heath McMillian, Tommy Pulliam, and Joan & Jeannie
Darrow for getting my tires back to the Atlanta area.... (I'll be contacting
you all soon to arrange pickup)

Seventh, I would like to thank everyone else who offered myself and/or my
mom rides (Jim Murphy, Mark Hirt, Aaron Buckley, Bryan Hertwick... and
anyone else I forgot)

Eighth, I would like to thank that cute little caffeine loaded blonde at
Cracker Barrel in Kentucky on the way home. Those of you who were there
know exactly what I mean.

Ninth, I need to thank everyone else I haven't listed that made it possible
for me to Autox this past weekend and still get the car loaded up on Sunday.
