Three wheelers

Rocky,
        My post was that three wheeled "micro" cars were/are registered as 
motorcycles.  Not cars.  Three wheelers are prohibited by rule.  The Morgan 
three wheeler was produced to "beat" road taxes on cars.  Not that there 
were x number produced as four wheel vehicles vs. x number produced as 
three wheeled vehicles.
