Midiv DSSS, Rob Rickrell, Address?

I just finished my Solo Safety Steward License Application and I'm trying to
figure out where to send it.  All I know is it's supposed to go to the DSSS,
who is Rob Rickrell.  But, I couldn't find his address on the Midiv.org
page.

Anyone know?
