215/45/16 Azenis on Integra

Does anyone know if the 215/45/16 Azenis will fit on an Integra with a +38mm
wheel?  I've had some rubbing on the rear fender well with a 205/45/16 tire.
The car is lowered with about a 1.5" drop in the rear.   So I'm a little
worried that the 215/45/16 just won't work.
