Let me second what William has said.  I have no affiliation with Steve, but
he's been more than responsive in adding features for me over the last
couple of weeks.  I think you should be able to register for just about
anything right now.  I'm going to start using his site in the very near
future for our club as well.  My personal motivation is the same, if the
site is successful, then it's continued use makes less work for our
registrar.
