Good thought, an extra charge. But if a club has a hard time filling all the
work slots and really needs everyone to pitch in and work, I doubt this will
be effective. For many, the $10 would be easy to pay and get out of work;
and to refund at the end of the day would be a total pain for the registrar,
especially if a lot of folks paid with checks.
At our club, if you don't work, you are disqualified for the day, and all
times and points are out the window.
