re: Where's the disc?

I didn't know the disc was so unpopular.  I used it much more extensively than 
the book last year.  However, I'm certainly not a fan of Adobe Acrobat due to 
search considerations, mismatched page numbers, etc.  The disc was still a 
great tool though.
