FS: Longacre Tire Pressure Relief Valve kit

More of a circle track thing .... bought this several years ago and never 
implemented it.  Consists of adjustable relief valves that mount in the rims 
and are adjustable to maintain a pre-determined pressure as the tire heats 
up.  Complete kit, unused, and as new.
