Not adding another class, replacing one.
STX supersedes STR.
page F29 - bottom of first column. It says rules will be in a "coming issue"
of SportsCar, but actually they are in the next column over under items
referred to committees. Which of course means, the rules aren't firm yet,
but this is what's proposed.
