Ecsta V700 vs VictoRacer V700 - Redo

So, what's the difference between the two?  I'm talking about the V700 R rated
versions of each, not the Ecsta street tires, as some might have assumed.
Tread design for sure, but are the compounds the same, and does the Ecsta
perform well in cold and/or wet
conditions?
