I disagree. Many, many regions offer 4 runs to thier competitors. As a
matter of fact, driving at the Nationals is the only event of the year
that we MiDiv folks ever "only" get 3 runs.

Here's my thought: If it's more than 3 runs on one course, it's not
autocross. It takes away the challenge of negotiating a relatively
unfamiliar course.
If you want seat time, maybe you should take up Solo I, road racing,
performance rally or track days at your nearest road course.
I have no objection, and even look forward, to lots of fun runs, but I
believe only the first three runs should count for trophies.
If I could afford a flame retardant suit, I'd be donning it right now.

about this. I know I'm in the minority on this issue.
