It is clear that since this car was designed and built in Japan all parts
are metric. The wheels may measure or be identified as 6.6 inches but they
were designed and specified in MM (168) so that the metric conversion rule
should apply. 6 1/2 inch wheels would be equivalent and the track
requirements need to be met to stay stock.
It would be simple to blast off a request for clarification/verification to
the SCCA...
