Hoping for a very quick response to my e-mail (since I'm a digester)
I'm ready to fire up the plastic and buy a set of Auto-X tires from
tirerack.
They have a set of what was described to me as "old" Goodrich G-Force R-1's.
Questions,
What do you think they mean by "old"? I know they don't mean used!
Is that (old) relevant? If so how much?
What kind of tire life might I expect?
(2900 # car 220 HP RWD)
Anything else I should be aware of?
(I last bought slicks, so this street race tire is new to me again!)
