If true, then all the update/backdate discussion for the Del Sol is
moot -- there is no update/backdate allowed for cars only listed on an
NOC line.
The proper solution is to write a letter to the SEB asking that the Del
Sol be appropriately classed and listed in Street Prepared. I'm
guessing all on one line in DSP would be an appropriate way to do it,
but I'm no Del Sol expert.
