Have you tried a Toyota Prius yet? You might be even more impressed.
Room for four, plus some sticky Hoosier Racing Tires in the back.
Thank goodness Honda outsources their batteries for the Insight
from Toyota (true!). =8^O
I test drove Prius last summer and clocked around :08.75 for 0-60 with
several passes (4?). Me and the salesperson. I'm not sure were the 11 and
change that the mags reported. It gets better gas milage sitting in
traffic than running.

As much as I was prepared to be underwhelmed, the Honda Insight is actually
not a bad car! Lots of torque, thanks to the electric motor, and it's hard
not to notice 70 mpg. It even handles pretty well (for having hard 165mm
wide tires...) Kinda like a new CRX HF
It would make a cool SM car...just insert Integra powerplant!
