70 Caddy

 Pete,
Ok, some of you know I have SOME Caddy experience.
But Pete, if he just wants to enjoy the car, just
buy one of the rusted out 68-76 Ba-million other
Caddys out there with the 472/500 engine and swap it
in. As a whole they are very reliable and lots of donor
cars are still out there. He should be able to easily find
a great running rust bucket.
