Subject: Source for Tire Weights?
I'm shopping for new tires for both our cars, one of which is an STS
car and the other may see some 'Street Tire' class use.
All else being equal, I'd like to buy the lightest tires.
Unfortunately, Tirerack.com does not make tire weight specifications
available, nor do Yokohamatire.com or Dunloptire.com. I have not checked
other manufacturer's sites yet, but I don't suspect they'll offer all the
data I need anyway. In other words, unless /all/ the relevant sites
make the data available, it will not be complete, nor particularly useful.
Does anyone know where I can find tire weight data?
( Other than RSRacing.com, which is interesting, but not quite
comprehensive enough. )
