Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else smell a scapegoat?!?!

Lets see

NASCAR could come out and admit that Dale's death might have been prevented
if he had been wearing a HANS device, or if those huge cars had some sort of
energy absorbtion built into their frames....

OR

They can say that the car prep was at fault, and keep their hands
clean.......

Either way, I agree with the anti-lawsuit statements.....
