What follows are three comparisons -- 2000 RTP to 2001 RTP, 2000
PAX to 2001 PAX, and 2001 PAX to 2001 RTP.  In all cases, classes
towards the top are "tougher" than they were last year (or with
RTP instead of PAX), and classes towards the bottom have gotten
"easier".

P.S.  Both systems have made the clear and obvious mistake of
rating SM slower than CSP.  I thought we fixed all that last
year...
