In Houston we have a set of "ST" classes that parallel the SP classes.
However, they are required to run DOT 140 and if PAXed to the SP level,
the participants get killed. If memory serves, someone posed a weighting
for street tired "ST" cars. What's the additive?
Please no debates on tires and such, it's Christmas already. ;-)
