New tow vehicle?

I was driving home from work today in my SVT Lightning when I found
myself next
to what appeared to be a brand new Chevy picked carrying a "ZR4
Interceptor" decal
on the side and back.  Had a dual exhaust exiting on both sides of the
truck, and low stance,
and a fairly aggressive sent of wheels and tires.  Anyone know anything
about 'mystery'
sport truck?
