Gran Turismo 2 Online Racing: Shameless Plug # 2

I run an online GT2 racing series, and if you haven't tried it you owe

We use a sliding hp/weight scale to equalize car performance, and 
tack on time percentage penalties to make it more competitive 
(heck, even Eric Linnhoff won a race last season!). The season 
starts this Sunday, 10/8.
