That finishing position is something to be very proud of, and no one can
take that away. My suggestion for less trophies does not alter anyone
finishing position, nor the prestige that comes with it. I've been
asking myself: Self... is an 8th place trophy position better than an
8th place finish that is not a trophy? Perhaps to many it is...I'm just
throwing this out as an idea that it may not be, and that maybe there
are some positive sides to reducing the number of trophy payouts.
