If it's 18-20 seconds at the finish, that's not too bad. If it
_starts_ in that range, it is likely that you will occasionally
get finishes as close as 10 seconds. There are time differentials
in individual classes that can create that situation, not to
mention differentials between two classes running in sequence. If
you start at 25 seconds, the odds of the cars getting dangerously
close (too close to reset a cone or two and get out of the way of
the next car) is pretty low. Less than that, and it gets, ummm,
too interesting.
