I've heard this is possible and have been wondering as well.  But the tire
tread looks asymmetrical to me, so wouldn't the reversed tires have
different handling characteristics?  The normal outside tread block is
larger than the normal inside, correct?

I've also heard reversed is the best way for rainy conditions.  Any truth to
this?
